By placing this order on BDD Online you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale:
- Goods and services supplied will be paid for within the trading terms of 10 days from the issue of your statement from Bannister Downs Dairy.
- In the event of this account ever being placed with a solicitor or debt collection agency, you agree to pay all debt collection costs and commissions.
- Also, in the event of this account being placed with a debt collection agency, you agree to the payment of interest on the overdue account at the rate of 9% pa, payable on the overdue balance from the date of due payment until the date of actual payment.
